Environmental information includes information on the environment, factors that affect it, and policies or measures relating to it.
How to make a request
Submit your request by email or in writing. Include your contact details and a clear description of the information requested.
Charges
There is no fee to make a request. Charges may apply for supplying information.
Appeals
You can request an internal review. You also have the right to appeal to the Commissioner for Environmental Information.
