Regulation of Lobbying (narrative) – Marine Institute Staging

The Regulation of Lobbying legislation 2015 is designed to provide information on the identity of those communicating with Designated Public Officials (DPOs).

Main Contents

For the purposes of section 6(1)(f) of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015, the registered Designated Public Officials for the Marine Institute are the Chair of the Marine Institute Board and the Chief Executive.
